During the so called hearings into oil prices CA Rep. Maxine Waters said the Government should be running all of the oil companies. We have seen this happen when the President of Venezuela, Hugo Chavez, took over the oil companies operations. This is called nationalizing, socialism, or communism, all words that can stand in place for todays U.S. Democrat Party.
During the ’80’s the Democrat Party said that higher gas prices is what was necessary to curb demand. And Barry-Barack Obama responded to todays higher gas prices stating, “I would have preferred a gradual increase.”
The Truth is that if the oil companies could drill in America the speculators would then have to drop their outlook pricing. More supply equals lower prices. America is not a free market with the enviromarxists running the show.
