Congressman Charlie Rangel, Democrat New York, was asked why Alaska Governor Sarah Palin, Republican Vice-Presidential Nominee, was so popular. Congressman Rangel said, “Because she’s DISABLED!”
This is an obvious reference to Gov. Sarah Palin’s new born, DISABLED CHILD, TRIG!!
